Though service was inattentive even for a Parisian restaurant, especially compared to other restaurants of this caliber like Septime or Les Fines Gueules, our dishes were beautifully presented and clearly extremely fresh. There is a lot of talk about the lack of a locavore movement in Paris, but hopefully restaurants like this will help give it a little push.
